When the kids are away...
...Mom and Dad will paint. First, the Colts Dining room got a makover:
I don't often endorse products, but Porter Paint was probably the best paint I have ever used. If you can believe it, we actually got one coat coverage over the blue sponge painted walls. Normally, we're pretty picky about coverage and a second coat is a must, but this was outstanding. Also, we have lot more to do like getting stuff up on the walls, the curtains up, the plate covers. And we are getting a new light. If you are interested in this light for your home, let us know.

It gave us some problems in the beginning, but we covered the green sponge painting with a color that looks like chocolate milk.

Man you guys do a great job at the painting. You know if you want to try this as a side job I have a lot of walls that needs some color. I like the new color. What is the temperature like there? Here in Northern Iowa we are being teased with the thought of spring. The weather is staying rainy and in the 40's.
