Not Again

Here's the scene: I stayed up until 11:50 pm (Later than I stayed up on New Year's Eve) last night watching with the hope that the Buckeyes can make it through an entire bowl game without collapsing and what happened? In the last 18 seconds the Defense forgot to take the field. I guess this is a victory on some level as the team showed up for most of the rest of the game. But COME ON! The Buckeyes are a joy to watch playing other teams in the Big Ten, but this consistant losing streak in post season play is ridiculous. I love Jim Tressel for beating Michigan every year, but it's time we raise the bar on Jim and the boys in Columbus. I won't be satisfied until Ohio State beats a team that is ranked in the top ten and not part of the Big Ten. Who cares if you can beat Purdue, Minnesota, Indiana, and Michigan? I want to beat TEXAS, LSU, and mostly, USC. I can't stand those Trojans (although I think Pete Carroll has the nicest head of hair in all of Division I and can run the West Coast offense like the dickens.)
